Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds received in writing 45 days prior to the conference are eligible for a refund, less a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 45 days from the start of the conference will be issued a letter of credit to a future Chemical Week conference. This credit is valid for up to one year from the date of issuance. Substitute attendees are always welcome. Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Chemical Week reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics. In the event of changes, modification, or cancellations to the program, our liability is limited to the program fee only. Chemical Week reserves the right to deny admission to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
